Visitor’ s Regulations of the Wellness

1. General regulations

A) Visitors use all Wellness equipment at their all risk.
B) Smoking and drinking alcoholic drinks in the sauna or jacuzzi is not allowed.
C) Children under 12 years old of age are allowed to enter only when accompanied by an adult.
D) Individuals who are under the influence of alcohol or other substances are not allowed to use the facility.
E) Maintain hygiene and cleanness of the area and to act on instructions of Wellness staff.
F) Wellness visitors must be barefoot.
G) Do not bring any sharp objects which may cause injury.
H) Wellness operator is not liable for any injuries which the visitors incur due to their carelessness or due to not ahering to these general regulations.
I) Please behave tactfully to other visitors, do not disturb them by breaking the rules.
J) Emergency button is placed on the door inside the wellness room. Call the Wellness staff by any problems.

2. Sauna

A) The sauna is designed for healthy individuals only. All visitors undergo the sauna treatment at their own risk. Individuals who experience symptoms of acute illness (fever, cough etc.) or have visible skin problems (skin rash, bleeding wounds etc.) may not use the sauna. Individuals who are carriers of intestinal or any other infections diseases are also prohibited from entering the sauna. People with heart problems or high blood pressure, pregnant women and children under 3 years old may not use the sauna as well.
B) Take shower before entering the sauna.
C) Use a sheet or a towel in the saunaand in the relaxation room.
D) Recommended length of stay in the sauna or is 7-15 minutes and a maximum of 3 consecutive cycles.
The temperature in the sauna is set up to 70 Celsius degrees. You can set it up according to your needs, don’t exceed 90 Celsius degrees please.
E) Stay in the sauna is governed by the feelings, the visitors should feel good.
F) After each cycle the visitor is obligated to take shower.
G) During the rest do not forget to supply enough water or other non-alcoholic drinks.

3. Jacuzzi
A) The jacuzzi is designed for healthy individuals only. All visitors use it at their own risk. Individuals who experience symptoms of acute illness (fever, cough etc.) or have visible skin problems (skin rash, bleeding wounds etc.) may not use the jacuzzi. Individuals who are carriers of intestinal or any other infections diseases are also prohibited from entering the jacuzzi. People with heart problems or high blood pressure, pregnant women and children under 3 years old may not use the jacuzzi as well.
B) Take shower before entering the jacuzzi.
C) Assure there is enough water in the jacuzzi, above the jets but don’t put too much water to let it go over to the floor.
D) Don’t put too hot water to the jacuzzi. It should be between 37.5-39 Celsius degrees.
E) Don’t pour any liquids into the jacuzzi water.
